Are your products custom made? Yes. Every design is original and produced only after you place your order.
How long does shipping take? Production usually takes 2–7 business days. After that, shipping takes an additional 5–15 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order? We can only cancel or change an order if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Do you offer size exchanges? No. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Where do you ship? We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
